We are looking for another receptionist!

We are growing our busy reception and administration team and are looking for an organised, approachable and calm person to join our friendly and supportive team. We see the role as being integral to the smooth running of our practice, enabling us to provide high-quality health care for all of our patients. The practice frequently receives excellent feedback about our receptionists for being helpful and welcoming.

The successful candidate will have the ability to understand the differing needs of others and be able to prioritise these within their own workload; be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills; have a good attention to detail and to keep up within an evolving environment; enjoy working as part of a team whilst also having the confidence to work independently. Spanish or Portuguese speakers are also encouraged!

We will provide full training and ongoing career development in the role. 

Reliable attendance and timekeeping are essential and some flexibility to cover different shifts as overtime would be desirable.

Weekly schedule: 21 hours per week

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday – 7.45am to 1pm

Thursday – day off

Starting rate: £13.15 per hour plus overtime and opportunities for additional responsibility allowances

Annual leave: 5 weeks (pro rata) per annum plus bank holidays
