If you have an issue that you think is clinically urgent, then we can add your name to a call back list for the daily nominated triage GP to call you before 12 on the day. The triage GP will ask you some questions to find out key information and then prioritise with you what the most appropriate next steps are. This may mean booking you an appointment at the practice or our local GP hub at Spa Medical or referring you to a community pharmacist or local opticians.
You can also book telephone or face to face GP appointments for routine care up to 6 weeks in advance.
As is always the case, the earlier you call in the day, the wider the range of appointments we will have available to offer you.
We will monitor closely how this system works for patients and staff, tweaking as we go.
