We have upgraded our phone system!

You will be told what number you are in the queue and if the wait is longer than a few minutes you can choose to have a call back. Your place in the queue will be held and when you reach the front you will automatically receive a call back from us.

We will try to call your number twice, if you do not answer either attempt you will need to call us back again and your number will be put to the front of the queue. How clever is that?!

Plus, it will always show Villa Street’s number is calling – no more ‘private number’ issues – phew!

It does lots of other clever things that will help us to work more effectively and keep on improving the services we provide.

We think the music is much better too!
