Training new receptionists

Over the last few months three new receptionists have joined the team.

Angie, Lizzie and Marta are all working hard on absorbing all the complex details of the role so that we can provide as smooth, safe and effective service to our patients as possible.

There is a lot to learn so please be kind to them if they need to take a bit longer to complete tasks.

There is a lot to think about such as learning how to use our IT systems, knowing who to book different types of appointments with, learning all our processes to keep people safe and data confidential, understanding medical terminology, completing all the mandatory training… and so much more!
