When we are closed on bank holidays you can still access health care by calling 111 or checking them online: https://111.nhs.uk/

111 will be able to advise over the phone or if clinically appropriate, they may be able to book you an appointment at our Enhanced Access Service at Spa Medical.

You can also ask your local pharmacy for clinical advice and if they can’t help then they will advise you to contact us or 111.

The last day to request your prescriptions to be ready before the weekend is Wednesday as we need two working days to process requests.
