Lost appointment opportunities for our patients

Over the last 3 months lots of patients have missed their appointments.

In total we have lost 281 GP appointments, 120 Nurse appointments and 104 GP Assistant appointments. This adds up to over 128 hours of appointment time that has been lost because patients didn’t let us know when they didn’t need their booked appointment anymore.

Please do let us know when you can’t attend a booked appointment so that we can give that time to another patient who really needs it.
