Check your symptoms, visit NHS 111 online.

Even though 111 is open 24 hours a day, it is best to call us during opening hours.

If you need to call 111, you will speak to NHS health professionals who will help to guide you on any medical issue.

Calls are free from landlines and mobiles.


Get fast help from a Pharmacist

Your pharmacist can help with various conditions such as ear aches, minor cuts, sprains, aches, colds, headaches, rashes, cystitis. Pharmacist help, including a local pharmacy search tool.


Contact your Doctors online

You can fill out an online form to request advice. Messages received during opening hours will be responded to on the day and we will let you know what to expect next from us. To book an appointment please either use the NHS App (or other app), come in person or call us during opening hours. We always have GP and nurse appointments available to book 3 to 6 weeks in advance, or at 8am each working day we release GP appointments for the next working day. If you have an urgent clinical need when we are closed then please contact 111 or in an emergency call 999.
